What’s it like to be a student at InclusiveU?

  • Discovering what you enjoy and what your ideal future looks like is an important part of the transition to college. We want you to imagine yourself in our programs and ensure that you will be the happiest you can be here at Syracuse University!
  • Our students are empowered to choose their own courses, manage their own time, and make long lasting friendships.
  • Most importantly – as an InclusiveU student – you will take SU coursesparticipate in SU activities with friends, and in your final year have the option to intern in various campus departments – all in a fully inclusive setting.

What’s your favorite thing to do on campus?
I like to go to the men’s football and lacrosse and basketball games.

What do you want to be when you get older?
Move to North Syracuse and get another job.

Tell me a little bit about how you made new friends when you first came to InclusiveU.
I heard about an InclusiveU pizza party and I made new friends there.

What’s your favorite thing about InclusiveU?
Going to an orange after dark event, Ottothon.

What do you like to do for fun?
I like going to the mall and going to the Syracuse Crunch Games.

If you could give advice to upcoming students?
Meet new people!

What’s your favorite thing to do on campus?
I like to go to the basketball games.

What do you want to be when you get older?
I want to be a Kindergarden teacher.

Tell me a little bit about how you made new friends when you first came to InclusiveU.
From doing different events with everyone. Going to my friend Tori’s house, board games, orange after dark events. Football games!

What’s your favorite thing about InclusiveU?
Hanging out with friends, and going to Greek Peak.

What do you like to do for fun?
I like to take photos. I like driving and practicing how to drive.

What advice would you give to upcoming students?
Don’t be nervous. You’ll be fine. It is a big school, but you’ll get used to it.
