SOTA Conference Exhibitor Information

Thank you for participating as an exhibitor at the 2026 SOTA Conference! Please review the following information and email coordinator@sotaconference.com with any questions.

Conference Set Up and Exhibitor Hours:

Tuesday, October 26

Exhibitor tables will be placed and available for you to set up by 12:30pm.
Tuesday exhibiting hours: 2pm – 5pm

Wednesday, October 27:

Exhibitor tables will be placed and available for you to set up by 7am.
Wednesday exhibiting hours: 7:30am – 5:30pm

Thursday, October 28:

Exhibitor tables will be placed and available for you to set up by 7am.
Thursday exhibiting hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm

Conference Meals for Exhibitor Only

Meals and snacks are not included with Exhibitor Only registration and are only included with full SOTA Conference registration.

Exhibitor Only attendees who would like access to conference meals and snacks may purchase a Meal Ticket. Tickets are per person and include breakfast, lunch, and breaktime snacks on Wednesday, Oct. 28 and Thursday, Oct. 29.

Exhibitor Only attendees may also purchase a separate ticket to attend the Wednesday evening conference reception at Cafeteria 15L.
