This will be a fun and interactive cooking show where you can ask questions even if you aren’t able to cook along with the host.

Ingredients: Sweet Potatoes, Olive Oil, Salt
Egg Scramble
Ingredients: Eggs with any vegetables you have. (Example: spinach, tomatoes, and onions)
Healthy Pancakes
Ingredients: Banana, Eggs, Baking Powder
Smoothie
Ingredients: Milk, (nut milk, dairy or water), Fat (avocado, nut butter or coconut oil), Greens (anything you got), Fruit (anything you got)
